To help you get a better quality product, if you want to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 45 days of package receipt. You can return your order for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or return it to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy, which no longer apply：
- Need products that are not standard size need to be made or processed separately
- The goods are custom products
- There is nothing wrong with the product and the damage to the product is intentional or deliberate
- The product has exceeded the return period
Return/exchange process description
- The package was signed for normally, the goods and there are no problems: due to the buyer personal reasons for the return/exchange of goods, the buyer needs to return the package to the merchant's warehouse address/operating address, the buyer needs to ensure that the returned/exchanged goods are not damaged, the buyer needs to bear the shipping costs incurred by the return/exchange, the returned goods must have a label and be returned in the original product packaging, the merchant will send a refund to the buyer within buyer returns within 48 hours of sending new goods or refund
- If the buyer receives a package damaged in transit, the merchant will provide free return/exchange services (the merchant will decide whether the goods need to be returned based on the damage to the goods), for goods that need to be returned/exchanged, the merchant will arrange for the logistics company to pick up the goods on the door, if the buyer address does not support door-to-door pickup, the buyer needs to return the goods themselves (the merchant advances the transportation costs for the returned/exchanged goods), the merchant will refund the buyeror send new goods within 48 hours of receiving the returned/exchanged goods
- If a package sent by the merchant is lost in transit (and the buyer does not reject the package), the buyer may choose to receive a full refund or reshipment, and the buyer will need to contact the merchant within 90 days of the order being shipped for processing. If you choose a refund, the merchant will complete the refund within 5 business days.
- If the buyer receives goods that are inconsistent with those advertised on the website (excluding cases of color difference in picture display and defective monitor size), the buyer needs to provide an image of the actual goods for comparison. If the product is confirmed to be inconsistent, the buyer can contact the merchant to return/exchange the goods, the merchant will arrange for the logistics company to pick up the goods free of charge, if the address of the goods does not support door-to-door pickup, the buyer needs to return the package (the merchant will bear the cost of returning the goods to transport), the merchant will process the refund or reshipment within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods
- Regarding the case of timeout of the order shipping, if there is no force majeure in the parcel shipping (customs inspection/weather reason/traffic accident/natural disaster, etc.), the buyer can choose to cancel the order or continue to wait. If the parcel is delayed due to uncontrollable factors, the merchant will contact the buyer for feedback as soon as possible, and then both parties will negotiate.
- Regarding the shortage of goods, if the buyer is temporarily out of stock after placing the order, the merchant will contact the buyer for feedback, and the buyer can choose to continue to wait or cancel the order.
